Allen Joyner

     Allen Joyner has worked at Louisiana Mortgage Associates for 8 years, and has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years. Allen has focused on product knowledge and great customer service as his main goals in his business practice. He believes that customer service has been a major key to his success and is looking forward to a long career in our area.
     Allen and his wife, Brenda, are raising their four children in the heart of Carlyss, Louisiana. Allen is involved in many organizations, such as Rotary International where he is President elect, the Masonic Order, Shriner’s International, and the West Cal Association of Commerce. Allen is also an affiliate member of the Board of Realtor’s and the Home Builders Association. He is a proud McNeese State University alumni and former student body President.


Bobbi Jo Landry

     Bobbi Jo Landry began her career at Louisiana Mortgage Associates ten years ago when Keith first formed the company. She understands all aspects of the mortgage process because she worked as a Processor before she became a full-time Loan Officer in June 2010. Bobbi Jo is a “yes” person and is fully committed to pleasing each and every one of her customers. She has received a great deal of respect from her clients and affiliates because she believes that customer service is the key to attaining success in the mortgage industry.
     Bobbi Jo was born and raised in Sulphur, Louisiana where she graduated from Sulphur High School in 1995. She has over thirteen years of experience in the mortgage industry and prior to working at Louisiana Mortgage she was employed by UC Lending for three years.
     Bobbi Jo is especially active in charity walks, including the March of Dimes, City of Sulphur annual parades and the Heritage Festival. She also assists in helping Louisiana Mortgage’s own charity, LMA Cares, which helps gives families a Christmas. In her spare time, Bobbi Jo enjoys traveling to National Parks and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.


Craig Boudreaux

     Craig Boudreaux has been a Loan Officer at Louisiana Mortgage since 2007 and has over six years of mortgage experience and ten years in finance. Craig understands that purchasing a home or refinancing a home mortgage can be extremely stressful. However, he believes that if people are educated on the mortgage process and informed of all the variables involved the stress can easily be removed. This principle stems from his mottos “Do not stress out—knowledge is power” and “Take Care of the client’s needs and everything else will fall into place.”
     Craig is a lifelong resident of Lake Charles where he graduated Barbe in 1986 with Keith and received his B.S. in Psychology from McNeese State University. After graduating, Craig was the on-premise sales manager for Budweiser for five years and also worked with Keith at U.S. Financial Group for a period of time. He also was the general manager at DeAngelo’s for three years before he decided to join the mortgage industry in 2005. Craig was a Loan Originator for HMC Funding prior to teaming back up with Keith at Louisiana Mortgage Associates.
     Craig is highly involved in the community and contributes to numerous organizations that are involved in giving back to young children from the Lake area to better their future. He is a board member of the Junior Achievement of Southwest Louisiana and serves as President-elect for the Kiwanis Club.


Erica Gibbs

     Erica Gibbs has been a Loan Officer with Louisiana Mortgage Associates since June 2011. Prior to joining LMA, she was employed by 1st Mortgage for nine years where her passion for helping first time homeowners was formed. Erica has maintained that enthusiasm to this day and is committed to helping them achieve the American dream of home ownership. Frugality is also imperative to Erica because she wants to provide the best possible programs at the least amount of cost. Ultimately, Erica prides herself in finding the best loan to fit each individual customer, while treating them as if they were her own family.
     Erica was born and raised in the Lake Area and is married to Matthew Gibbs, a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Together they have 3 children – sons, Jaydon and Grayson and daughter Olivia. Erica’s hobbies include bargain shopping, clipping coupons, spending time with friends and family, and watching football.


Jennifer Spees

     Jennifer Sprees has been a Loan Originator at Louisiana Mortgage Associates since May of 2005. In a time when the mortgage industry has been turbulent, Jennifer brings integrity and experience to the closing table. She takes pride in customer service and keeping her clients informed throughout the entire mortgage loan process, while making sure they understand the terms of their new loan. Jennifer’s greatest referral source is her previous clients.
     Jennifer was born and raised in Lake Charles. Before beginning with Louisiana Mortgage Associates, Jennifer got her start in Residential Mortgage Loans in 1997 with Hibernia Mortgage as a Loan Processor.
     Jennifer sits on the Executive Board of Fusion Five Young Professionals Organization, and was an integral part in forming our company’s non-profit organization, Louisiana Mortgage Cares Foundation. Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching LSU and Saints football games.


Keith Wimberly

     Keith and his wife, Kelli, were born and raised in Lake Charles and have two sons, Grayson and Henry. Keith acquired his degree in Finance from LSU as well as his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU. Keith’s key to success has been focusing on education and honesty. His goal is to educate his customers so that they can follow the process and make an educated decision on what is best for them. Keith has a proven track record and has earned the trust and credibility of his customers and industry professionals like no other in the area.
     Keith holds the most prestigious designation in the mortgage industry, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). The CMPS Designation is achieved by less than 5% of mortgage lending professionals and Keith is one of only five with the CMPS designation in Louisiana. The CMPS Institute was formed as a joint effort by leaders in the mortgage and financial planning industries to raise professional standards among mortgage professionals and integrate sound financial planning advice into the mortgage process. CMPS Professionals adhere to strict ethical standards and keep up with industry changes through required continuing education.
     Keith is very active in the community and is the former President of the Young Men’s Business Club and was a board member for several years. He is currently Chairman of the Wishing Well Foundation of SWLA and also serves on the Boards of the Christus St Patrick’s Hospital Foundation, The Better Business Bureau and the Educational and Treatment Council (ETC). Before Keith entered the mortgage industry, he founded US Financial Group where he specialized in commercial equipment leasing and financing for six years. However, after some time had passed, he saw a better opportunity to become more involved with the local community and founded Louisiana Mortgage Associates in 2001. Keith’s move to the mortgage industry proved successful and after experiencing a significant amount of growth, Louisiana Mortgage was able to open a second branch in Sulphur and a new office off of Ryan Street in Lake Charles. Over ten years later, Keith continually strives to offer citizens of Louisiana and Alabama the best mortgage rates, and as a result, now employs 16 Loan Originators and over 20 employees to better accommodate current and future clientele.


Leah Addison

     Leah Addison is a Loan Officer and Processor at Louisiana Mortgage Associates where she has worked since February 2008. Leah is an enthusiastic problem solver who is always willing to go out of her way to lend a hand to clients and fellow co-workers, while paying close attention to detail to all of her loan processing and originating. Leah is exceptionally involved in all aspects of Louisiana Mortgage and surpasses what is required of her as the youngest loan officer in the company. Her tremendous work ethic proves her dedication to her clients, as well as, the company.
     Leah first began working as Keith’s assistant at Louisiana Mortgage and was promoted to a processor shortly after. In August of 2010, after three years of working as a processor, she became licensed loan officer in the state of Louisiana. Leah is from Port Neches, Texas where she graduated from Groves High School in 2005 and moved to Lake Charles in 2008.
     On her time off, Leah enjoys simply relaxing or visiting her family in Texas to spend time with her parents, brother and his wife, who currently have a newborn baby.


Michael Haegele

     Michael Haegele has been employed with Louisiana Mortgage Associates for a total of 3 years. He was employed with LMA from 2005 until 2007 and returned to work here in March of 2011. Michael has been in the mortgage industry for a total of 5 years securing home loans throughout the state of Louisiana. The most satisfying and rewarding aspect of his job is assisting first time home buyers and guiding them through the process of completing their first real estate transaction.
     Michael was raised in Alexandria, Louisiana, where he graduated from Alexandria Senior High in 1995 and continued his education at Louisiana State University graduating in 2003. Michael is currently enrolled in Graduate School at McNeese State University.
     Michael is a member of the National Mortgage Licensing System, a volunteer for both the American Red Cross and March of Dimes and participates in Louisiana Mortgage’s charity, LMA cares. He also is a member of LSU Alumni Association, Tiger Athletic Foundation and United States Bowling Congress. Michael attends Trinity Baptist Church and coaches the 7-8 year old South Lake Charles Little League Association baseball team. Michael’s hobbies include attending LSU football games, bowling, golf and Fantasy Football.

Philip Porche

     Philip Porche has been a licensed Loan Officer at Louisiana Mortgage Associates since July of 2008, where he has surpassed expectations required of a young affiliate. He has rapidly become one of LMA’s most consistent producers, as well as, a top seller within the company. Philip attributes his success to establishing excellent relationships with clients while making them his number one priority. He prides himself as an honest, straight forward Loan Officer who presents every aspect of the loan origination in its entirety so that each client is fully informed throughout the process. 
     Philip was born and raised in Lake Charles where he attended Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic School and St. Louis Catholic High School. He graduated from McNeese State University in 2005 where he acquired a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Philip was a member of Kappa Alpha Order and held the office of corresponding secretary his junior year and is still an active alumnus.
     Philip is also involved in several other organizations including the Chamber Leadership Alumni, McNeese Business Alumni, Business Networking International, Fusion Five and the Lake Charles Racquet Club, where he served as team captain in the mixed doubles league. He currently attends the McNeese Chapel and enjoys giving back to the community by supporting local charity events.
     As far as leisure activities, Philip takes pleasure in playing tennis, fishing and deer hunting. He also is an avid musician and can play the drums, guitar and piano. Philip has traveled throughout Europe and Australia which has enabled him to understand and appreciate people from all different walks of life. When he is able to vacation, he enjoys visiting his family’s second home in Nova Scotia, Canada.


Scott Boudreaux

     Scott Boudreaux has been a Loan Officer at Louisiana Mortgage Associates since 2007, but as been in the industry for over ten years. Scott is currently and consistently the annual leader in sales production, income and customer service. He has strived to build his own business referral list and has brought significant value to the office, as well as, raised his co workers level of play by challenging them and implementing a point system for daily goals. This includes attending sales meetings, visiting local merchants, joining different civic clubs and even going door to door to explain the benefits of refinancing.  Scott has implemented several sales programs and tactics that are used by the company that helped not only build the company, but a database of thousands of people. 
     Scott was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but made the move to Lake Charles when he married his wife, Eve; they have two children, Colin and Ella. Scott grew up in New Orleans where he attended Ridgewood preparatory school and graduated with honors in 1995. After that, he attended Nicholls State University and studied business administration until 2000.
     Scott began his career in the mortgage business, with AFI Mortgage, where he exceeded every production goal set by the company and set new record highs for sales. Although Scott was new to the business, he was able to set up key relationships through a referral system that he cultivated into a yearly, multi-million dollar production program. 
Seeing the advantages of networking in the community, he joined many civic organizations, such as Rotary, The Elite Lions Club and Board of Realtors just to name a few.  Not only did this enhance his networking throughout the community, but it has also helped him to raise money for scholarships for local students and the homeless.  Scott is currently very active in the Lake Charles community, including the greater Lake Charles Rotary Club, where he serves as an auction chair member.  He has helped raise over $50,000 per year for local scholarships and charities. Scott is also a charter member of the Elite Lions Club of Lake Charles, where he raised thousands of dollars for eyeglasses for needy people in the community.  Scott is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Lake Charles and the Homeless Coalition. These key programs along with several others allow him to be in involved in the community on a daily basis.
     Scott achieved the top sales position within the company after only six months of employment and his annual sales and commissions have continued to increase. I sought out a position with a company that would not cap out my production bonus, leading Scott to Louisiana Mortgage Associates.  Scott is extremely happy to be with a company that allows him the freedom to do his job to the best of his ability without capping his income and potential. He loves that he has made Louisiana Mortgage Associates his home.


Susan Buller

     Susan Buller has been a Production Assistant at Louisiana Mortgage since July 2010. Susan has a background in accounting and bookkeeping and supervised several hurricane relief projects. She worked directly with the Corps of Engineers during clean up for Hurricane Rita in Cameron and Calcasieu Parish, as well as, spearheading the fastest hurricane relief effort recorded today, where she worked with FEMA, the city of Houston, and Harris County for Hurricane Ike. Susan also worked as an Elevation Specialist to receive grant money for those affected by flooding from Hurricane Rita. Susan’s compassion for others is the driving force behind her work ethic, which reflects in her relationships with her clients and co-workers.
     Susan was born and raised in Lake Charles, but has also lived in Florida and Texas. Susan is married to Stephen Buller and they have one son together, Ethan. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University and was a member of Phi Mu Sorority.
     Susan was a Contraband dancer and a member of the Young American Jazz Ballet Company and is currently active in the Phi Mu Alumni Association. Susan is also an enthusiastic bowler and is a member of the Lake Charles Women’s Bowling Association (L.C.W.B.A) where she has taken her team to multiple championships including, the Women’s City Tournament in 2009 and 2010 and the Women’s State Tournament in 2010.


Tammy Williams

     Tammy Williams has been a Loan Production Assistant at Louisiana Mortgage Associates since January 2011. Tammy processes residential mortgage loans and ensures LMA’s borrowers a quick and easy loan transaction. Tammy thrives on efficiency and her ability to communicate effectively with underwriters results in quicker turn times for everyone involved.
     Tammy is from Savannah, Georgia and has been in the residential mortgage lending industry since April of 1997. Since that time, she has worked at Nationwide INS and as a Loan Originator at GMC Mortgage in Beaufort, South Carolina. Tammy believes continuing her education is of the utmost importance and is constantly enrolling in courses that keep her up to date on the most revisions and has done so by taking several classes, including an income tax class with Liberty Mutual, insurance classes at Nationwide, as well as, a few mortgage and processing courses.
Tammy has three children, April, Bobby and Brandon and two grandchildren, who still live in Georgia. In between processing loans for Louisiana Mortgage, and keeping her clients happy, she occasionally takes long weekends to spend time with them.


Tim Levoy

     Tim Levoy has been employed at Louisiana Mortgage Associates since 2007. Tim surpasses the ideal Loan Officer’s expectations by going the extra mile to make his clients feel more like family instead of just another loan. He is more than happy to meet with clients at their home or work so they do not have to rearrange their schedule or take time off to travel to our office.
     Tim was born in Lake Charles and graduated from South Beauregard High School. He proudly served in the United States Air Force as an E-5 Technical Sgt. and is the father of two daughters, Jacilyn, 14 and Rayni, 7.
Tim is actively involved with the March of Dimes in Lake Charles and currently serves on the Board of Directors Acadian Division. Tim was also elected as the Chairman of the 2012 March for Babies walk.


Timmy Dronet

     Timmy Dronet is currently a licensed Loan Originator through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, and has worked at Louisiana Mortgage Associates since April 2009. He has a degree in Business Management and over six years of experience in the Banking Industry and two years of experience in the Mortgage Industry.
     Timmy focuses on building relationships with his clients by earning their trust. He hopes to have the opportunity to not only benefit his current clients, but to assist his client’s family and friends when making such a big investment as well. Educating his clients and treating them with fairness and respect is the way Timmy believes he will earn trust and credibility to separate him from others in the industry.
     Timmy was born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, with four brothers, and one sister. His parents had him involved in sports and community activities since he was a child. Timmy is currently involved in Moss Bluff Buddy Ball and enjoys staying active by playing a variety of sports.


Tina Scuderi

     Tina Scuderi has been with Louisiana Mortgage Associates since March 2011, and is currently in training to become a Loan Officer.  Prior to joining LMA, Tina worked for H&R Block as a tax preparer for two years. She has several years of experience in bookkeeping and has also worked for local glass shops in the community for 12 years.  Tina believes that truly listening and understanding the clientele’s wants and needs are of the utmost importance in creating a successful business relationship.
     Although she was born in Arkansas, Tina was raised in Lake Charles, where she graduated from Iowa High School. She has been a resident of Moss Bluff for the last 16 years with her two sons, Nicholas, 22 and Matthew, 19. Tina was a volunteer with Moss Bluff Dixie Youth when her sons played baseball and worked with the ladies auxiliary to run the concession stand at the ball games.
     In her down time, Tina enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends. She is one of eight children and when the holidays come around, she is more than likely coordinating the next major family get together.


Tracy Hayden

     Tracy Hayden is a Loan Officer at Louisiana Mortgage Associates and manages the Sulphur branch office. Even though Tracy holds multiple titles, she is committed to loan originating, working closely with her clients and maintaining high levels of loan closings while adequately training the next generation of loan officers, as well as, specializing in V.A. mortgages.
     Tracy has over 26 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industries. She has worked at Hibernia Bank, Atlanta Home Mortgage, Dunn Mortgage and 1st Mortgage before joining Louisiana Mortgage in September of 2008. Tracy is exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of the mortgage industry because of her extensive background and is adamant in educating her clients and associates.
     Tracy is a grandmother of three, and in her spare time there is nothing more she enjoys than spending time with her grandchildren.
